Homemade pop-tarts made with gluten-free or regular flour, coconut sugar, butter, and filled with mashed strawberries, coconut sugar, and chia seeds. They are easy to make and can be customized with more filling.

1: Preheat oven to 350F. 2: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour & sugar, then add in the cold butter and cold water with a fork. Use your hands towards the end to form a dough ball. 3: Make 10 small dough balls (about 1 1/2 tbsp. each) and flatten each one. 4: Stir together the filling ingredients in a bowl and place small amounts in the middle of 5 dough sheets. 5: Place the top dough on, press the edges together with a fork, & bake for 10 minutes!View original recipe
