Delicious no-bake strawberry cheesecake bites made with cream cheese and Greek yogurt, layered with a graham cracker crust and strawberry jam. Perfect for a sweet treat on a hot day!

1: Line a muffin tin with 12 muffin liners. 2: In a high-powered blender or food processor, blend the cream cheese, greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and sugar until creamy. Store this in the fridge while you make your crust. 3: For the crust, blend graham crackers to make crumbs—then add those to a bowl with the sugar & whisk + stir in the melted butter. 4: Scoop a heaping tbsp. of crust into each muffin liner, add a small spoonful of strawberry jam over this, then top with the cheesecake filling. 5: Freeze for at least 1 & 1/2 hours—best if thawed for a little bit before enjoying!View original recipe
