Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350F & grease a small oven-safe bowl {I used a mini loaf ramekin that is about 10-12 oz.}
2. In a blender, blend together all of the ingredients {besides strawberries}, stir in the diced strawberries, then pour the batter into the bowl/ramekin, and bake for 25 minutes!
3. For the topping, I stirred together yogurt with mashed strawberries.
