Sour Cream Coffee Cake

1: Preheat the oven to 350F and spray/line a loaf pan.

2: In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, sour cream, milk, and vanilla extract; then stir in the dry ingredients.

3: Spread half of the batter in the loaf pan, top with crumb mixture, and repeat until both batters are gone.

4: Bake for 1 hour (note: a smaller loaf pan may require longer baking time).

5: For the crumb topping, stir everything together and crumble on top of the batter before baking.
