This recipe provides instructions for making a single-serve gluten-free cinnamon roll, perfect for one person. It involves preparing a simple dough, rolling it out, spreading a cinnamon-sugar filling, and then baking it to perfection.

What you need

tbsp granulated sugar

tsp baking soda
tsp baking powder

cup milk

tbsp butter

tsp ground cinnamon

pinch salt

tbsp unsalted butter
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350F & grease a small baking dish.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the bread flour, sugar, salt, baking powder & soda—then add in the milk and melted butter. {Dough should look slightly wet}
3. Place the dough onto a lightly floured piece of parchment paper and roll it out into a rectangle.
4.Spread the filling mixture on, covering most of the dough—then cut into 4 slices.
5.Roll one up, connect the end to the next, and keep rolling until all 4 slices have made 1 large cinnamon roll.
6. Place it in the small baking dish and bake for 30 minutes. Let slightly cool before adding icing {I mixed together powdered sugar & water.} Enjoy!View original recipe
