What you need

tbsp maple syrup

cup peanut butter

tbsp almond milk

cup coconut sugar

tsp baking powder

cup almond flour

cup cacao powder
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350F & line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk & egg—then stir in the rest of the ingredients.
3. Using a cookie scoop, drop the batter onto the baking sheet {makes 15 cookies}—then using a greased paper towel or parchment paper, flatten each cookie.
4. Bake for 8 minutes, then transfer them to a cooling rack & let cool while you stir together the peanut butter cookie dough ingredients.
5. Roll the dough into 15 balls, then add these to each cookie & slightly flatten. Top with melted chocolate {I used @hukitchen chocolate chips} and refrigerate until chocolate has hardened. Enjoy!View original recipe
