Delicious Reese’s Cookies made with a unique cookie batter and topped with peanut butter cookie dough and melted chocolate. These cookies are a delightful treat, perfect for chocolate lovers and inspired by the classic Reeses flavor.
1: Preheat oven to 350F & line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk & egg—then stir in the rest of the ingredients.
3: Using a cookie scoop, drop the batter onto the baking sheet (makes 15 cookies)—then using a greased paper towel or parchment paper, flatten each cookie.
4: Bake for 8 minutes, then transfer them to a cooling rack & let cool while you stir together the peanut butter cookie dough ingredients.
5: Roll the dough into 15 balls, then add these to each cookie & slightly flatten.
6: Top with melted chocolate and refrigerate until chocolate has hardened.
