Instructions
1. Melt the chocolate and spread it into a cubed tray or mini muffin tin.
2. Store this in the freezer to set while you are stirring together the filling ingredients.
3. In a mixing bowl, stir together the peanut butter, maple syrup, & vanilla protein.
4. Remove the chocolate tray from the freezer and use a cookie scoop to scoop the peanut butter dough over each chocolate cup.
