What you need

tsp ground cinnamon

tsp granulated sugar

tsp salted butter

tbsp all purpose flour

tsp baking powder

tbsp protein powder
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350F and line a small oven safe bowl with parchment paper.
2. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the first 3 ingredients, then stir in the yogurt.
3. Use your hands to create a dough ball, then roll it out into a rectangle on a floured surface. {I put it on parchment paper}
4. Spread 1/2 tsp. melted butter over, then sprinkle on the cinnamon and sugar.
5. Cut the dough into 4 slices, then roll one up and attach it to the next to keep rolling & make one big cinnamon roll.
5. Place it into the oven safe bowl, top with 1/2 tsp. melted butter, and bake for 35-38 minutes! {Icing is powdered sugar mixed with water} Enjoy!View original recipe
