Instructions
1. Using a stand mixer, hand mixer, or whisk—combine the cream cheese, peppermint extract, and coconut sugar, then add in the cacao powder.
2. Drop the batter into a small bowl or wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours {I kept mine in overnight}
3. Add the crushed peppermint candy to a plate, drop the cheese ball on top, and roll or use your hands to coat in the peppermint.
4. Enjoy with graham crackers, pretzels, marshmallows, etc! I used @simplemills honey sweet thins from @wholefoodsView original recipe
