Peanut Butter Cup Cake with PB Frosting

What you need
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350F & grease two 9in. cake pans.
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients, then stir in the dry ingredients.
3. Pour the batter into both pans, splitting it evenly, and bake them for 15 minutes.
4. Once fully cooled, remove the cake from the pan and place one on a large plate or cutting board.
5. Whisk together the icing {I used powdered sugar, peanut butter, and water}, then spread over the cake; add diced peanuts to the top of this one.
6. Place the second cake on top, add more peanut butter frosting & peanuts, then add diced peanut butter cups. Enjoy!View original recipe
