Peanut Butter Cup Cake

A delicious cake made with cacao powder, almond flour, and topped with peanut butter frosting and peanut butter cups.

Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 350F & grease two 9in. cake pans.
2: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients, then stir in the dry ingredients.
3: Pour the batter into both pans, splitting it evenly, and bake them for 15 minutes.
4: Once fully cooled, remove the cake from the pan and place one on a large plate or cutting board.
5: Whisk together the icing {I used powdered sugar, peanut butter, and water}, then spread over the cake; add diced peanuts to the top of this one.
6: Place the second cake on top, add more peanut butter frosting & peanuts, then add diced peanut butter cups.View original recipe
