Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 350F and grease/line a muffin tin. 2: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and peanut butter, then stir in the dry ingredients. 3: Scoop the batter into the muffin tin, filling them about halfway. 4: Add a scoop of jam to the middle of each, top with remaining muffin batter, and bake for 19 minutes.View original recipe
