Delicious peanut butter cup cookies made with a mixture of almond and all-purpose flour. These cookies are topped with vanilla frosting and more peanut butter cups for an extra treat.

1: Preheat oven to 350°F & grease or line a baking sheet. 2: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond milk and egg, then stir in the rest of the ingredients (it will look dry at first, but keep stirring). 3: Fold in the chopped peanut butter cups and scoop the batter onto the baking sheet (I made 6 large cookies). 4: Lightly grease your hands or a piece of parchment paper to roll the cookies into balls, then flatten them. 5: Bake for 8-10 minutes.View original recipe
