1: In a blender, blend the two OREO Cookies, then add in the butter and blend again. 2: Press the OREO crust mixture into the bottom of a mug using a spoon or small cup. 3: In a blender, blend together the egg, vanilla extract, cream cheese, greek yogurt, and granulated sugar. 4: Pour this cheesecake batter over the OREO Cookie crust & microwave for 1 minute, then again for two separate 30 second increments. 5: Store in the fridge for at least 25 minutes.
