No-Bake PB Chocolate Cookie Cups! i n g r e d i e n t s- CRUST: 1 cup almond flour 1/4 cup maple syrup FILLING: 1/2 cup peanut butter 2 tbsp. maple syrup 1 tsp. vanilla extract TOPPING: 1/2 cup chocolate chips {melted} d i r e c t i o n s- 1. CRUST: Stir together the two ingredients, then press this dough into a mini muffin tin with liners {makes about 20.} Freeze this for 30 minutes before adding filling. 2. FILLING: Stir together the three ingredients, then pipe the batter onto the crust + press the batter down with your fingers and freeze again for 15 minutes before adding chocolate topping. 3. Remove from freezer and add a spoonful of melted chocolate over each one + freeze again for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
