1: Melt 1/3 cup chocolate with 1 tsp. coconut oil and place a small spoonful into 19-20 mini muffin liners; place this in the freezer while you make the filling. 2: In a small bowl, stir together the creamy peanut butter and vanilla protein powder. 3: Scoop a small spoonful of filling over the chocolate cups. 4: In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave the other 1/3 cup chocolate and 1 tsp. coconut oil. 5: Pour the chocolate over the cups and freeze this for at least 20 minutes. 6: Enjoy!
