1: Preheat oven to 350°F and spray/line a mini muffin tin. 2: Put all of the ingredients into a food processor or high-powered blender and blend until creamy, putting wet ingredients in first. 3: Scoop the batter into the muffin tin, pressing a mini PB cup or half of a normal sized one in the middle of each. 4: Bake for 10 minutes.View original recipe
