1: Preheat oven to 350°F. 2: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour & sugar, then add in the butter and cold water with a fork. Use your hands towards the end; if the mix looks dry, add 1 tsp. of extra water at a time. 3: Flatten the dough into a rectangle & cut into 12 slices. 4: In a small bowl, stir together the filling ingredients and place small amounts in the middle of 6 of the slices. 5: Place the other 6 slices on top of the fillings, press the edges together with a fork, & bake for 8-10 minutes.
