1: Soak 1 cup of almonds in 3 cups of water overnight (about 10 hours). 2: Drain the soaked almonds and place them in a blender with 4 cups of fresh water. 3: Blend the mixture for about 2 minutes. 4: Pour the blended mixture into a nut milk bag or cheesecloth placed over a bowl and squeeze out the milk. 5: Use the leftover pulp to make crackers or energy balls. 6: Optionally, blend the milk again with vanilla extract and cinnamon for flavor.View original recipe
