Cut the 5 apples into chunks, add to a blender, and blend until creamy. Pour this mixture over a strainer (with a bowl underneath) and press it until you get 1 cup of apple juice. Pour the fresh apple juice into a small saucepan, along with the honey and Laird Superfood Prebiotic Daily Greens. (On medium-high heat) Once the mixture almost comes to a boil, remove from the heat and whisk in the gelatin (about 2 minutes or until fully dissolved.)
