These gluten-free Twix bars are made with a base of almond flour and gluten-free flour, topped with caramel and chocolate. Perfect for a chewy, sweet treat that satisfies your cravings.

1: Preheat oven to 350F & line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper. 2: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, extract, & egg, then stir in the rest of the ingredients; the dough may look dry at first, but keep stirring and use your hands to form a ball. 3: Press the cookie dough into the 8x8 pan and bake for 15 minutes. 4: Let that cool for a few minutes, then add the caramel layer (use however much you’d like!) + freeze this for at least 5 minutes. 5: Pull it out of the freezer, top with melted chocolate, and freeze for 20 minutes. 6: Cut into bars and enjoy!View original recipe
