1: In a food processor, blend the oreos until you get a fine crumb. 2: In a mixing bowl, using a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese until soft—then add in the oreo crumbs. 3: Stir these together and use your hands to form a dough ball. 4: Use a small cookie scoop to make 19-20 oreo balls, place on a baking sheet or large plate lined with parchment paper, and freeze them for 20 minutes. 5: Melt the chocolate chips, then once the oreo balls are slightly frozen, dip them into the chocolate, & freeze again for 5-10 minutes.View original recipe
