These giant M&M cookies are made using all-purpose flour, coconut sugar, almond milk, and topped with M&Ms or chocolate chips and mini marshmallows. They are baked to perfection and are a favorite for rewarding yourself after a hard day's work.
1: Preheat oven to 350F and spray/line a baking sheet.
2: In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.
3: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and baking powder.
4: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until a dough forms.
5: Use a large cookie/ice-cream scoop to make 7 large cookies, slightly press down each cookie, top with chocolate and marshmallows, and bake for 10 minutes.
