Funfetti Cookies

1: Preheat the oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter and sugar, then stir in the egg yolk and vanilla extract.

3: Add in the flour and baking powder and stir until a dough forms.

4: Add in the sprinkles, then split the dough into two equal parts, roll into balls, and slightly flatten them on the baking sheet.

5: Bake for 13 minutes.
