1. In an ice-cube tray {I used a silicone tray from @homegoods }, add a layer of melted chocolate at the bottom of each cube.
2. In a large bowl, whisk or use a mixer to combine the yogurt, cream cheese, and sugar.
3. Stir in the crumbled cookies, then scoop this cheesecake batter over the melted chocolate.
4. Top the cheesecake layer with more melted chocolate + extra crumbled cookies and freeze for at least 3 hours before enjoying!
