Delicious brownies layered with a creamy cookie dough on top! This recipe combines brownie batter made with gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, and coconut oil, topped with a rich cookie dough made from almond flour and peanut butter.

cup almond flour

tbsp non-dairy milk

cup chocolate chips

cup maple syrup

cup cocoa powder

tsp baking powder

cup coconut oil

cup peanut butter

cup coconut sugar
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 350F and grease + line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper. 2: In a microwave safe bowl or on the stove, melt the coconut oil and chocolate chips together— then stir in the sugar. 3: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs then add in the chocolate mixture. 4: Add in the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder and stir just until combined (try not to over-stir). 5: Pour the batter into the baking dish and bake for 35 minutes.
