A delicious treat made with gluten-free pretzels, medjool dates, creamy peanut butter, and topped with melted chocolate. Perfect for a sweet snack!

Instructions
1: In a small mixing bowl, stir the peanut butter, coconut, almond flour, and honey until a dough forms. 2: Split the dough into 17 pieces and set aside. 3: Take your small date pieces and press them onto 17 pretzels. 4: Add the dough on top of each date, add another pretzel on top of each, then coat in melted chocolate (add the coconut oil to your chocolate to melt easier). 5: Put them in the freezer for 15 minutes & enjoy!
