What you need
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350F & grease/line a muffin pan.
2. Cut the bread into cubes, then in a large mixing bowl whisk together the rest of the ingredients.
3. Pour the bread cubes into the liquid mixture and stir carefully {most of the liquid should get absorbed by the bread.}
4. Scoop this mix, using a large cookie/ice-cream scoop, into the muffin pan {makes 12} and bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
