1: Preheat oven to 350°F & spray/line a baking sheet. 2: In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients. 3: In a small bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients. 4: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until well combined. 5: Let the dough sit for about 5 minutes for the batter to thicken. 6: Use two spoons to drop about 1/4 cup of dough per biscuit onto the baking sheet (makes 6 biscuits). 7: Bake for 10 minutes, place them on a cooling rack, and top with avocado/butter/jam/nut butter, etc.View original recipe
