1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder, then stir in the yogurt until a dough forms.
3. In a separate bowl, stir together the filling ingredients {diced apples, cinnamon, granulated sugar, and maple syrup.}
4. Roll the dough out onto a lightly floured surface {into a thin rectangle}, then cut it in half.
5. Spread the filling on one half, place the other dough half on top, then press the edges together with a fork.
