1: In a mixing bowl, add your dates and pour hot water over them; let soak for 10 minutes. 2: Strain the water then add the dates to a food processor or use an immersion blender. 3: Blend until very creamy, then spread it into a 5x5 dish lined with parchment paper & freeze for at least 1 hour. 4: Cut into squares, dip in melted chocolate, and freeze until the chocolate has set.View original recipe
