1: Preheat oven to 350F and spray the cookie cup pan. 2: In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and milk. 3: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, coconut sugar, cacao powder, and baking powder. 4: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until combined. 5: Spoon batter into the 6 cookie cups and bake for 7 minutes. 6: For the avocado chocolate pudding, add the 4 ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until creamy.
