1. Preheat oven to 350F & line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk & egg—then stir in the rest of the ingredients {stir in the sprinkles and chocolate chips after the dough has formed.}
3. Cut the dough into four pieces, roll into balls, place on the baking sheet, and slightly flatten {If they’re a little sticky, you can grease a piece of parchment paper to help.}
4. Top with a mixture of powdered sugar + water & extra sprinkles—bake for 10 minutes!
