Delicious and fun summery treat made with caramelized peaches and honey, wrapped in puff pastry. A wonderful dessert for any occasion.

1: Preheat the oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2: Once your puff pastry sheet is thawed, unfold it and cut it into 6 small rectangles. 3: On the baking sheet, make 6 small pools of honey, lay 4-5 peach slices on top, drizzle more honey on, then lay the puff pastry sheets over these peaches and press the edges down. 4: Bake for 18-20 minutes, then let slightly cool before flipping them over and topping with powdered sugar.View original recipe
