Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350F & line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder, then stir in the yogurt until a dough forms.
3. In a separate bowl, stir together the mashed blueberries and sugar {I used frozen blueberries, warmed them in the microwave, then drained most of the juice.}
4. Roll the dough out onto a floured surface {into a thin rectangle}, then cut it in half.
5. Spread the filling on one half, place the other dough half on top, then press the edges together with a fork.
6. Brush the top with melted butter or oil and bake for 27 minutes! {Topped with a mix of powdered sugar + water + mashed blueberries}View original recipe
