1/2 cup all-purpose flour {I used @bobsredmill gluten free 1:1 baking flour}
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup apple sauce
1/4 cup almond milk
2 eggs
3/4 cup blueberries
d i r e c t i o n s-
1. Preheat oven to 350F and spray/line a loaf pan.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and applesauce—then stir in the dry ingredients.
3. Pour the batter into the loaf pan, top with crumb mixture {recipe below}, swirl it around with a knife, and bake for 45 minutes!
