What you need

cup milk

cup cinnamon

tsp salt

cup granulated sugar

tbsp baking powder

tbsp honey

cup unsalted butter

oz cream cheese

tsp vanilla extract

cup powdered sugar

cup greek yogurt
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 350F and grease a baking dish. 2: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and baking powder. 3: Add in the cubed butter and use your hands to crumble it into the flour. 4: In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, honey, and greek yogurt. 5: Pour this milk mixture into the flour mixture and stir until a dough forms; let this rest in the bowl for 5 minutes. 6: Add a little extra flour to your surface and roll the dough out into a rectangle. 7: Mix together the filling ingredients & spread over the dough evenly. 8: Carefully roll it up from one of the longer sides and cut into 12-13 cinnamon rolls. 9: Place them in a baking dish, add a splash of heavy whipping cream over each (optional), and bake for 35 minutes. 10: For frosting: use a hand or stand mixer to cream together the milk, cream cheese, and vanilla extract—then add in the powdered sugar.View original recipe
