1: Preheat the oven to 350°F. 2: Coat the chicken strips with egg. 3: Mix together cassava crunch seed chips, sweet potato chips, pepper, pink Himalayan salt, and nutritional yeast seasoning. 4: Coat the egg-covered chicken strips with the mixture. 5: Place the chicken strips in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. 6: Flip the chicken strips and bake for an additional 5 minutes. 7: Serve the chicken on top of cooked noodles and top with low sodium marinara.View original recipe
