cup almond flour

tsp almond extract

tsp baking powder

cup granulated sugar

tsp vanilla extract

cup butter
Instructions
1: In a mixing bowl, stir together the filling ingredients—then set aside. 2: Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a muffin tin. 3: In another mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour and baking powder, then stir in the Greek yogurt. 4: Roll the dough out onto a floured surface, into a thin rectangle, then spread the filling on top. 5: Cut this into 6-7 strips, then roll them up and place into the muffin tin. Brush the tops with extra melted butter. 6: Bake for 30 minutes, top with powdered sugar, and enjoy!View original recipe
