No-Bake Cinnamon Rolls! i n g r e d i e n t s- 2 cups almond flour 1/3 cup oat flour {blend oats until you get a flour consistency} 2 tbsp. granulated sugar {I used cane sugar} 2/3 cup nut butter {I used peanut butter} 1/3 cup water {or almond milk} f i l l i n g- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup 1/2 cup almond flour 2 tbsp. cinnamon d i r e c t i o n s- 1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, oat flour, and sugar. 2. Stir in the nut butter and water, then roll the dough out into a rectangle on a large piece of parchment paper. 3. Spread the filling on top, then carefully wrap it up—using the parchment paper to help guide the roll. 4. Store in the freezer for 30 minutes {optional, but makes it a little easier to cut slices} and cut into slices. Enjoy! {frosting is powdered sugar & water}
