1: In a large bowl, combine the melted butter and flour. 2: Roll the dough into a ball & place in the fridge for at least 10 minutes. 3: Preheat oven to 350F and spray/line a baking sheet. 4: Flatten the dough into a thin square & cut into 16 small squares. 5: Place 8 squares onto the baking sheet, add 1/2 tsp.-1 tsp. of the filling to the middle of each and use a spatula to carefully place the remaining 8 squares on top. 6: Press the edges together with a fork & bake for 10 minutes! Let cool before topping; use powdered sugar and blueberry juice + white chocolate.
