1: Stir together the almond flour and cocoa powder. 2: Stir in the maple syrup and split this dough in half. 3: Line an 8x8 dish with parchment paper and press one half of the dough down into a thin layer. 4: Spread the thawed vanilla ice-cream over the dough layer. 5: Freeze until the ice-cream has set or press the second half of the dough onto parchment paper and lay it over the ice-cream. 6: Freeze for at least 5 hours before cutting into slices.
