1: Lay a piece of plastic wrap down, then lay 12 dates over it. 2: Place another piece of plastic wrap over the dates, then use a rolling pin to flatten this. 3: Place your apple in the middle, wrap the dates around the apple, then press tight to get the dates to fully stick to the apple. 4: Remove the plastic wrap, dip in the chocolate melted with the coconut oil, add chopped pecans, and refrigerate for 15 minutes. 5: Cut into slices & enjoy!
