1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease/line a loaf pan. 2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and yogurt—then stir in the dry ingredients + carrots. 3. Pour the batter into the loaf pan & bake for 35 minutes! Let cool before removing from pan and topping with icing {powdered sugar mixed with a little water.}
