1. Preheat oven to 350F & line a loaf pan with parchment paper. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients—then stir in the dry ingredients. 3. Scoop the batter into the cake pan, top with half the swirl mix, then add more batter + rest of the swirl mix. 4. Bake for 33 minutes and let slightly cool before cutting into slices; enjoy! {Icing is powdered sugar + water}
