1. Preheat oven to 350F and spray/line a baking sheet.
2. In a mixing bowl, stir all of the ingredients together—then scoop the batter onto the lined baking sheet and slightly flatten the cookie.
3. Bake for 15 minutes! I topped mine with @missjonesbakes vanilla frosting mixed with extra cinnamon.
