Cookies & Cream Banana Bread

1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease/line a loaf pan.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients, then stir in the dry ingredients & add in the crumbled cookies.
3. Pour the batter into the loaf pan, top with extra cookies, & bake for 38-40 minutes! {For the glaze, I just stirred together 3 tbsp. powdered sugar with 1 tsp. almond milk}
