1. Preheat oven to 350F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg, vanilla extract, and melted butter— then stir in the dry ingredients & use your hands to form a dough ball. 3. Coat your countertop with a little extra all purpose flour and roll out the dough. 4. Use cookie cutters to make 16-18 cookies, place them on the baking sheets, and bake for 8-9 minutes. 5. Let them sit on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack. Enjoy!
