1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the runny peanut butter {if yours is thicker, you can microwave it/heat it on the stove first}, cinnamon, and coconut sugar. 2. Stir in the crumbled rice cakes and press firmly into a dish {you can use an 8x8, loaf pan, etc.} 3. Top with melted chocolate + extra cinnamon and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into slices. Enjoy!
